About Me

  • From as early as I can remember, I’ve been insanely curious about why people think and behave the way they do. I spent most of my childhood trying to figure out the adults around me. I believe we choose the families we are born into because they are the best teachers for the lessons we most need to learn.

  • Every one of the best things in my life has been a direct or indirect result of one of the worst things in my life. If you trace back, I’m guessing that’s also true for you.

  • I believe that the Universe is perfect and that everything happens exactly the way it’s supposed to. I know that even if I’m wrong about that, I’m happier when I believe it.

  • I’m learning to listen to my body because I know it is much wiser than my mind. Our body always tells us the truth; I love to help people understand those messages.

  • I’m learning to embrace the paradoxes in life. I am a truly happy person and I can be moody. You are perfect exactly as you are and I am excited to help you be better.

  • I’m trying to surrender and release what I don’t want in my life rather than resist it. I practice gratitude everyday for what I have.
