Hi! Just found you through tiny buddha and LOVE your writing!! I am looking forward to this weekend to have some time and really scroll around your site!!
This article really rings true for me. . and I have a big question. I work really hard on bettering myself. I also work in a very small salon. With 2 other folks..who are VERY negative and Hate their work. Everytime they come out back to mix color they talk about clients or complain. Yesterday I was there for 10 min and my one coworker sighed 4x. Then came out back and sang how he doesn't want to be there EVER.... Starts the day off rough you know? How do I stay away or not get sucked in when I am in a small space with this much negativity??

Please, please send me the a copy of the complaint-free contract. I need to make some positive changes in my life and think this would be a great place to start. Thanks!
